1.All the sancharsoft users are requested
to first book their complaints in the HelpDesk.
2.Support Team will handle calls
regarding application usage
 and basic problems.
3.Only Support team has to 
contact ITPC Team for complaint redressal.
Rounding of Recharge Vouchers 
This circluar 
dated 14/07/2009 will be implemented as new
set of vouchers as existing vouchers
will be sold at old rate. Any invoices issued 
on20th July may be revised , SSA to 
collect revised charges
